刘刚研究员简介：

教育经历
1988-1992，就读于南开大学生物系，获理学学士学位；
1992-1995，就读于南开大学生物系，获理学硕士学位；
1995-1998，就读于中科院微生物研究所，获博士学位。

工作经历
1998-2000，在西班牙LEON大学微生物系做博士后；
2000-2001，在美国TEXAS A§M 大学植物病理及微生物系做博士后；
2001-2007，在中科院微生物研究所任副研究员；
2007至今， 在中科院微生物研究所任研究员。

研究方向与目标
利用分子生物学手段研究丝状真菌次生代谢产物的生物合成及其调控机制，形态分化和次生代谢产物产生之间的关系。

近期研究内容
1， 红曲霉次生代谢产物生物合成及其调控的研究；
2， 从基因水平阐述红曲霉形态分化的机制以及环境因素对形态分化的影响；
3， 从聚酮合酶和非核糖体肽合酶入手，寻找新型的次生代谢产物；
4， 青霉素生物合成途径的定向遗传改造；
5， 头孢菌素生物合成途径的定向遗传改造。
