２　丝状真菌形态建成的分子机制　(主持；百人计划启动项目）

研究方向与目标：

1. 抗真菌药物作用靶标: 以模式真菌构巢曲霉为系统, 通过经典遗传与生化方法相结合的策略, 探索新结构抗真菌活性天然产物(例如Geomycin B)的作用机理,为防治人类真菌性疾病和植物真菌性病害发现的新的抗真菌作用靶标。
2. 丝状真菌形态建成机理的研究: 以模式菌构巢曲霉和粗糙脉孢菌为系统，通过发现和研究在丝状真菌无性产孢、有性发育等过程中起关键调控作用的基因及其调控机制, 阐明调控丝状真菌形态建成的信号传导途径。
