2000-今:中国科学院微生物研究所真菌地衣系统学重点实验室,副研究员、研究员,发表30多篇论文,《生物多样性》编委

主要研究领域

    从事内生真菌与菌根真菌系统学、生态学、生物多样性及具有重要经济价值真菌资源的开发基础研究。调查我国内生真菌与菌根真菌的物种多样性与分布规律,揭示真菌与宿主植物和环境因子之间的生态关系;进行重要类群内生真菌与菌根真菌分子系统学与种群遗传多样性研究;建立在自然环境内检测内生真菌与菌根真菌多样性的分子生物学体系;探讨菌根真菌物种与遗传多样性在森林生态系统演化过程中的功能。
