郭林研究员简介：

1975年毕业于南开大学生物系，1997年在中科院微生物研究所获理学博士学位，从事黑粉菌分类研究，发表研究论文78篇，专著1册，获得专利2项。

研究内容：

1、黑粉菌的研究：通过研究本所标本馆保存标本和野外新鲜采集的标本，发现了大量的黑粉菌新种和中国新纪录种。
2、漆酶的研究：获得漆酶高产单核菌株，通过培养条件的优化及添加诱导物使漆酶活性最高达到215U/mL。分离纯化获得了漆酶干粉。我们分离纯化的漆酶已经用于以下几个方面：
     进行漆酶活化木材及其木材表面胶合现象的研究；
     用漆酶进行污染土壤的整治和修复的研究；
     基于漆酶催化的光纤传感器进行漆酶固定化的研究。
