研究方向与目标:

    真菌及极端环境微生物因其生存环境的多样性和代谢途径的复杂性因而具有丰富的代谢产物,本实验室以真菌及极端环境微生物为研究对象,以微生物次生代谢产物及其生态功能为研究方向。

    通过对独微生物类群的次生代谢产物进行筛选与化学研究,发现在人类健康及农作物害虫防治方面具有应用潜力的新结构功能次生代谢产物,并通过长期研究力争解释重要生态现象的化学基础。

主要研究内容:

1.微生物次生代谢产物的高通量筛选与化学研究:以重要疾病为靶标,进行微生物次生代谢产物的高通量筛选及化学研究,并研究活性化合物的作用机制,为开发自主知识产权的新药提供候选化合物;
2.微生物化学生物学(Microbial Chemical Biology):基于生态现象,以生物活性为指导,从微生物(特别是真菌)次生代谢产物中发现抗细菌、真菌及农作物害虫的新结构天然产物;特殊类群真菌生物多样性及其次生代谢产物结构与功能多样性研究,目标是阐明真菌之间及真菌与其生存环境之间的相互作用关系及化学基础;
3.复杂天然有机化合物的结构解析。
