研究领域

   酵母菌生物多样性、分子演化和群体遗传。在酵母菌资源调查、分类鉴定和菌种保藏的基础上,重点进行下述方面的研究:1) 酵母菌系统发育、物种分化与形成机制;2) 酿酒酵母群体遗传、工业性能的遗传基础与定向演化;3) 条件致病酵母菌种群分布、群体遗传、致病机理和分子流行病学。
